3 Ways To Get The Most Usage Out Of Your Next Vinyl Banner

Often times, when you have a banner printing up for your business, it can feel like the banner gets very little usage out of it. Here are three ways that you can stretch the usage of the next vinyl banner that you have printed for your business.

#1 Go Double-Sided

If you need to have a banner printed up for a special event, instead of ordering a regular one-sided banner, spend a little extra money and have a double-sided banner printed up. If you need to advertise a special event on one side, use the other side for a more general advertisement or message.

This will allow you to get more mileage out of the banner. You will be able to use the more general side of the banner at different events where the more specialised message does not apply. That way, your investment in having a new banner printed will extend beyond the one event. 

#2 Add Extra Grommets

When you have your sign added, add in extra grommets so that you can use it for multiple purposes. Grommets are the gold or silver rings that generally go around the outer edge of the banner and allow you to hang the banner in different manners.

Have a few larger grommets added to the sign to make it easier to hand outside between two poles. Grommets on the side of the sign also make it easier to hang between two sticks or poles. 

If you also plan on using your banner inside, make sure that there are grommets on the top of your sign as well so you can hang the sign down from your ceiling or across an entryway in your store. 

Think about all the places and ways you can hang your sign when deciding on how many and where you want the grommets placed.

#3 Get Design Assistance

If you don't run your own graphic design or advertising company, don't be afraid to pay a little extra in order to get some design assistance with your new banner.
